Non-standard Pick-up and Delivery Services

DHL offers a range of special collection and delivery options including:

Customs Clearance Services

DHL offers a range of non-standard import and export clearance and handling services. This is particularly useful when sending high-value or multi-content shipments that require special paperwork or handling.

Dangerous Goods

For express shipments, DHL is certified in certain classes of Dangerous Goods in accordance with IATA regulations.

Payment/Billing Services

DHL offers flexible billing and payment options for transport charges, duties and taxes. This flexibility gives you the freedom to bill the sender, receiver or third party.

Insurance

On top of the standard DHL liability, we provide shipper's interest insurance services that offers our customers financial protection against all risks of physical loss or damage from any external cause.

Packaging

DHL offers three types of packaging solutions:

  • A free of charge standard Packaging that consists of DHL flyers, bags and document envelopes
  • A payable Packaging range that consists of premium quality DHL cartons and boxes, meeting shipping requirements for many different products
  • Temperature Controlled Packaging and Diagnostic Specimen Shippers, designed for specialist shipping requirements
