Special Pick-up and Delivery Services

DHL offers a range of special collection and delivery options including:

  • outside normal business hours
  • Saturday pick ups within Turkey
  • special vehicles for heavy or bulky shipments (on special request only)
  • delivery on appointment

Information Services

An extensive range of information services are available for individual or complete shipment management:

  • performance and quality ratings
  • online customs clearance and brokerage in Europe, e.g. import-, export- and transit formalities or temporary export
  • advice on customs regulations and documentation. Our Trade Automation Service in Europe offers the industry's most comprehensive trade and customs information for: duties and tax estimates; product codes and compliance; trade regulations and restricted parties. Alternatively, you can always contact Customer Service or your local Sales Executive.

Dangerous Goods

DHL is fully certified to handle all types of Dangerous Goods for road except for Class 1, Class 6.2 and Class 7.

Storage

Bonded and Non Bonded Warehouse services are available for inbound and outbound shipments.

Express Service

DHL Freight offers competitive transit times for Benelux, Switzerland and Germany with 2nd driver both for groupage-part load and full load shipments.
